Requirements
- Have a deep understanding of products and disease areas
- Achieve and exceed regional targets
- Execute market manager-defined market strategies
- Have a thorough understanding of key HCPs in the region
- Update client data
- Coordinate local "in-house meetings"
- Keep HCPs updated and visit them as per the plan
- Establish and maintain relationships with key HCPs
- Meet and maintain company requirements for visit rates, knowledge, abilities, behavior, and personal image
- Report visit details to ETMS on a daily basis
- Provide accurate reports and contact direct supervisor as per the process
- Provide information to direct supervisor about the effectiveness of BMS promotional materials
- Develop and improve professional knowledge by attending training, meetings, and self-studying medical literature
- Share knowledge and experience with team members
- Manage professional equipment and promotional materials to ensure their integrity
- Have a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (pharmaceuticals, life sciences)
- Have 1-3 years of sales experience
- Have experience in the field of tumors
- Have excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to analyze and solve problems independently and under pressure
