Requirements

• Deep product knowledge and disease area knowledge
• Achieve or exceed regional targets
• Execute market manager's explained market strategy
• Identify and collaborate with target HCPs from appropriate sub-markets
• Update client data
• Coordinate local'site meetings'
• Keep HCPs informed and visit them according to plan
• Build and maintain relationships with key HCPs, understand client (medical) needs
• Achieve and maintain company requirements on visit rate, knowledge level, capabilities, behavior, and personal image
• Report visit situations in ETMS system regularly
• Provide accurate reports and contact direct supervisor as required
• Provide direct supervisor with information about BMS promotional material effectiveness
