The Associate Director, Strategy, China Immuno-Oncology (IO) Business Unit (BU), is responsible for strategic commercial assessments and driving selected cross-brand initiatives. This position reports directly to the Head of the China IO BU.
Requirements
- Drive cross-tumor-type initiatives, including annual strategic brand planning, innovative programs, periodic brand performance reviews, and ad hoc strategy/operations projects as determined by the BU Head.
- Provide operational support to the BU Head and marketing teams, including marketing budget and activity planning/tracking (to meet cost center KPIs), large meeting facilitation, and matrix communications.
- Oversee commercial assessments (e.g., insight generation, competitive analysis, and forecasting) to evaluate long-term opportunities for Opdivo, Opdivo & Yervoy, and pipeline (not-yet-launched) products.
- Partner closely with clinical and regulatory matrix teams (global and China) to define the commercial strategy for future indications, ensuring alignment with current in-line indications and the overall long-term IO strategy.
- Ensure supply safety by partnering closely with Business Insights & Analytics (BI&A), Finance, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
- Ensure all business objectives and practices fully comply with applicable laws, industry regulations, and BMS policies and procedures (including Business Rules), as well as the BMS Standards of Business Conduct and Ethics.
