Quality Control Microbiology Laboratory Supervisor

Quality Control Microbiology Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily microbiology activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and company quality standards, and collaborating with Radiation Safety Officer to ensure laboratory compliance with radiation safety program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, or related life science discipline
• 5+ years of experience in QC Microbiology or related laboratory within a cGMP-regulated environment
• Prior supervisory experience
• Strong working knowledge of microbiological methods, EM programs, and regulatory expectations
• Ability to investigate microbiological excursions and deviations using risk-based approaches
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
