Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Scientific Senior Director to lead the Oncology ADC Discovery team and oversee the preclinical ADC portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ADC technologies and experience in building and leading high-performing teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 15+ years of academic / industry experience
• Ph.D. or equivalent advanced degree in the Life Sciences
• 10+ years of industry experience
• 8+ years of industry leadership experience
