Working as a Scientist in the Cell Therapy Thematic Research Center at Bristol Myers Squibb, you'll be part of a team driving innovation in cellular therapies to treat hematologic malignancies, solid cancers, and autoimmune disease. Your expertise in T cell biology and immunology will be crucial in developing next-generation T cell therapeutics.
Requirements
- Application of extensive knowledge of T cell biology including activation pathways, signaling pathways and antigen-specific differentiation, to characterize T cells in vitro and enable science-driven decision making
- Plan and implement critical studies required to drive hypothesis-driven research
- Strong ability to interpret and synthesize information from complex datasets, both published and internal within BMS
- Identification of new methods and research tools for continuous development of drug candidate screening workflow in vitro
- Provide scientific and technical insights on cross-functional assignments
- Provide recommendations on department-level strategic decisions
- Represent the company in external settings and work with internal and external collaborators
- Act as a functional advisor to team members, especially to more junior colleagues
