Working with Bristol Myers Squibb, a leading pharmaceutical company, as a Senior Counsel, Market Access. Providing legal support to the company's US Market Access, Pricing & Value Demonstration organization, developing and executing market access strategies, and providing legal advice on US pricing and policy issues.
Requirements
- Provision of proactive, practical, solution-oriented legal advice to help BMS appropriately structure, operationalize and communicate BMS’s market access strategy.
- Serve as the primary legal point for MAx Access Strategy and select Access Field teams providing strategic counsel and advice on patient support program materials.
- Serve as legal advisor for the MAx team as it relates to 340B program operations.
- Collaborate across Neuroscience, Dermatology, CV, Immunology, Hematology & Oncology legal colleagues and Law Department matrix to ensure delivery of seamless, comprehensive legal advice.
- Leverage knowledge of emerging legal and industry issues and trends to inform advice and address potential legal risk.
- Anticipate and proactively identify legal issues applying an enterprise view and provide clear and effective legal advice that supports informed decisions.
- Deliver effective presentations to Law Department/ MAx Department.
- Lead and organize functional or substantive working groups assessing significant legal issues.
