Senior Manager, Operational Excellence, Cell Therapy

Working as a Senior Manager, Operational Excellence, Cell Therapy at Bristol Myers Squibb involves driving improvements in end-to-end operations and supply chain processes to deliver best-in-class safety, quality, productivity, and cost across the Cell Therapy value streams. This role requires a strong understanding of lean/six sigma techniques and experience with the Toyota Production System and Policy Deployment (Hoshin Kanri) implementation. The position involves working with cross-functional teams to identify business impacts and support the development of change plans, as well as participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of Process Excellence tools and methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree of Engineering/Business/Science or related discipline.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt required/Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from an accredited institution preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of Operational Excellence experience in the Biotech/pharmaceutical industry - Cell Therapy preferred.
