The Senior Manager Principal Cloud Engineer Technical Manager will lead the implementation of AI-enabled cloud solutions, guide teams on responsible, secure, and scalable AI usage, and mentor and grow high-performing Cloud and DevOps engineering teams.
Requirements
- Experience with cloud native services, AI, Data Engineering, DevOps, Automation, and creating reusable platforms
- Expertise in designing complex systems, self-service user and admin portals, and cloud-based services
- Strong coding skills, with experience using AWS services beyond just EC2s and Databases
- Expertise in serverless, managed services, API-Governance, Basic Networking
- Strong understanding of basic cloud networking
- Hands-on experience with cloud projects
- Ability to lead, mentor, and grow high-performing Cloud and DevOps engineering teams
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing high-performing Cloud and DevOps engineering teams
- Experience with AI SDK and services, including genAI, prompt engineering, agents, and using multiple LLM models
- Experience with deep-dive HTTPS troubleshooting
- Experience with REST API and design, GraphQL, and React/CSS front end
- Experience with CloudFormation at scale and reuse, and the ability to influence multiple workstreams with reusable IaC components
- Experience developing large-scale, multi-account, multi-region, serverless solutions on AWS and addressing all non-functional and AWS Well-Architected concerns in the design
- Ability to design for end-user simplicity while ensuring the system can handle complexity and exceptions internally
- Experience with managing substantial numbers of cloud accounts consistently using automation
- Experience with working and building an automated build-pipeline, continuous integration, and continuous deployment
- Experience with source code control repositories
- In-depth understanding of Interface-Contracts, Loosely Coupled designs, and simplifying solutions and reducing TCO for the end-to-end picture
