Senior MES Engineer

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior MES Engineer to design, implement, and support Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions within the Devens Cell Therapy Facility. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Emerson Syncade MES and manufacturing systems, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. This is a full-time, on-site position with a salary range of $108,650 - $131,655.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
• 3–5 years of experience as an MES Engineer (or equivalent role) within the Biologics, Pharmaceutical, or Cell/Gene Therapy industries
• Strong expertise in Emerson Syncade MES, including recipe authoring and troubleshooting
• Proven ability to understand manufacturing processes and translate business needs into MES solutions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience developing and delivering technical training is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with recipe authoring tools, data integrity principles (21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11), and cGMP standards
