The Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist will drive demand for BMS medicines within their portfolio for the appropriate patients. They will engage with Health Care Providers (HCPs) with a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific dialogue on and consistent with label, leveraging new ways of working and CE^3. The role is field-based and requires the ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately and convincingly to help physicians best serve their patients.
Requirements
- Advanced scientific degree
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse
- Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately and convincingly to help physicians best serve their patients
- Experience in cardiovascular preferred
- Strong capability in account management skill sets, superior selling competencies, and proven sales performance track record of meeting or exceeding goals
