Specialty Care Advisor (field based in Kolkata)

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Specialty Care Advisor to work in Kolkata. The role involves selling Oncology products, developing business relationships, and managing territory effectively. The ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of Oncology sales experience, a Pharmacy/Science Graduate degree, and proficiency in English and Hindi.

Requirements

• Identify accurately the sales potential of all customers
• Sell/Promote awareness of the Oncology product range to achieve planned sales objectives
• Continually monitor and analyse new business opportunities within the defined territory
• Develop and maintain effective new and existing business relationships through regular contact and liaison
• Actively participate in all meetings and development activities to ensure those sales skills, product and industry knowledge is maintained
