Job Description
Reporting to the Chief Technical Officer, the Director of Global Airworthiness will oversee the day-to-day operation of the Central Technical Services Team and coordinate Airworthiness matters with Regional Nominated Post Holders, ensuring the continued airworthiness of the Bristow fleet and compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree of Engineering or Management
- Licensed engineer with extensive maintenance and airworthiness knowledge
- 10 plus years of experience as airworthiness/maintenance manager
- SAP/IFS experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to plan and prioritise work both individually and team
- Awareness of need for integrity
- Excellent negotiating and influencing skills
- Ability to identify and constructively address interpersonal conflict, disagreements or confrontations and facilitates communication between involved parties to minimise personal impact
