Job Description
The Assistant Manager, Bancassurance will effectively work with the supervisor to analyze the performance of the Bancassurance Channel and propose initiatives for growth, while driving business performance through market review and analysis, and maintaining effective relationships with bank stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business related field
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer/software packages (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Experience working with diverse teams
- Experience working in the financial services sector with focus on business development
