Job Description
To provide strategic financial leadership and oversight across all aspects of the company’s financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, statutory and regulatory reporting, capital and investment management, reinsurance accounting, actuarial collaboration and risk management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA (K), ACCA, CFA or equivalent is mandatory.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (preferably within the insurance or financial services sector).
