Job Description
The Service Provider Relations Officer is responsible for establishing, managing, and strengthening relationships with healthcare service providers to ensure quality delivery, cost control, compliance with contractual agreements, and enhanced member experience.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Health Systems Management, Nursing, Clinical Medicine, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certification in insurance or healthcare management is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in healthcare operations, medical insurance, or provider network management.
- Experience in provider contract negotiation and stakeholder management is desirable.
