Job Description
The Director of Data Analytics will lead the data strategy and drive decisions involving the integration and management of data, delivering business insights through data analytics, dashboard development and predictive models.
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in data management role in a subscription/SaaS business
- Proven experience in business intelligence, with a strong background in data analysis and visualization
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and grow a BI-focused team
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data warehousing and visualization technologies like Snowflake, Looker, DBT
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies
- Experience in data science and predictive analytics
- Statistical background including model building experience a significant plus
