Painting & Coating Specialist - 1st or 2nd Shift

Britten is a veteran-owned, creative production house dedicated to delivering innovative signage, displays, and event branding solutions. We seek a talented individual to join our team as a Painting & Coating Specialist, responsible for applying finish coatings and ensuring a world-class product is delivered on time, every time.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial, residential or auto body repair and finish work (preferred but not required)
• Experience with PPG or Matthews paint mixing systems (strongly considered)
• Familiarity with a variety of paint finish techniques on diverse substrates
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings
• Computer savvy with basic understanding of computer programming
• Mechanical aptitude and good math skills
• A keen eye for color detail and results-driven approach
• Outstanding written, email and oral communication
• Ability to lift up to 50-70 pounds unassisted
