Press Line Technician

Britten, Inc. is a creative production house seeking a Press Line Technician to operate, maintain, and repair equipment for ColorArmor. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and motivated, with experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of experience operating or supporting production equipment in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Technical training or certification in manufacturing, mechanical systems, or related field preferred
• Ability to quickly identify issues, think critically, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime
• Understanding of workflow, efficiency, and throughput in a fast-paced production environment
• Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Computer skills to maintain records and data entry
• Knowledge of hazards and safety practices
