Production Operative

Join our growing manufacturing team as a Production Operative where you'll play a vital role in achieving quality standards and contributing to site performance through effective equipment operation and maintenance.

Requirements

• Direct manufacturing operational experience in a fast-paced consumer goods environment
• Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance principles and machinery operation/control
• Working knowledge of SAP & EWM systems
• Sound understanding of manufacturing processes and HSE applications
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Forklift license preferred
