Director, Operations

The Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard is seeking a Director of Research Operations to lead global research programs at the intersection of mental health, psychiatric epidemiology, and human genetics.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in public health, research administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in research operations or research administration, including international work
• Experience managing multi-site, global research programs
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements for human subjects research
• Experience managing budgets, grants, and subawards
