The Proteomics Group of the Broad Institute has an opening for a highly motivated postdoctoral associate to develop and apply state-of-the-art immunopeptidomics technology and innovative computational approaches to address compelling questions in cancer immunology and autoimmunity.
Requirements
- A Ph.D. in analytical chemistry, biology, immunology, biochemistry, or a closely related field.
- Hands on skills and knowledge in one or more of the following areas will be considered an advantage: state-of-the-art mass spectrometry-based proteomics & immunopeptidomics (DDA and DIA), expertise in statistical and/or computational analysis of large-scale proteomic or genomic data analysis of cell signaling pathways/networks, cell biology/ biochemical methods to understand protein function, excellent scientific productivity, evidenced by high-quality research publications in peer reviewed journals, track record of conducting independent and creative research in proteomics and immunopeptidomics, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
