Research Scientist I- Cell Biologist/High Throughput Screening

We're looking for a passionate and skilled Cell Biologist with High Throughput Screening experience to join our CDoT Collaborative Screening team. Reporting to an Associate Director, you'll be a key member of our multidisciplinary teams, helping to drive the development and execution of predominantly cell-based high throughput screens.

Requirements

• Master's degree with 5-7 years experience in cell biology, chemical biology, or high throughput screening
• Demonstrated in-depth experience in culturing, deriving, and maintaining various cell lines
• Proven ability to work both collaboratively within a team and independently to meet project goals
• Maintain detailed experimental records, documentation, and written protocols
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to mentor junior trainees
