Job Description
As a Roving HVAC Certified Property Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of HVAC systems in multi-family residential properties, perform general maintenance tasks, and respond to maintenance requests.
Requirements
- Roving between 3 properties to take care of HVAC needs
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment
- Respond promptly to HVAC-related maintenance requests
- Diagnose HVAC system malfunctions using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Install new HVAC equipment and components as needed
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of other building systems and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections of properties
- Maintain accurate records of HVAC maintenance activities
- Communicate effectively with property managers, tenants, and colleagues
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations
