The HVAC & General Property Maintenance Technician is a dual-skilled professional responsible for maintaining HVAC systems and performing general property maintenance tasks at multi-family residential properties.
Requirements
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems
- Perform plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs
- Conduct carpentry tasks such as repairing or replacing doors, windows, cabinets, and flooring
- Maintain accurate records of HVAC repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections
- Respond promptly to HVAC-related maintenance requests
