Associate - Cash Application

Role Overview

As an Order to Cash (O2C) Associate, you will support the end-to-end O2C process, handling order management, invoicing, collections, and cash application activities to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders and payments.

What You Will Do

Process customer orders, review sales contracts, coordinate with sales and marketing teams, generate and distribute invoices, monitor accounts receivable aging reports, and follow up with customers to collect outstanding balances.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in order management, billing, collections, cash applications or accounts receivable roles
• Prior knowledge of ERP software and systems, such as QuickBook, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite etc.
• Proficiency in technical tools like MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
• Bachelors / Masters in Finance and Accounting, or MBA/ PGDM in Finance
