Agile Program Manager role responsible for supporting, facilitating, and guiding software product development efforts. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Agile Project or Agile Program Management, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of the software development life cycle.
Requirements
- A four-year degree in Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or other relevant degree
- 10+ years of related experience
- Agile Project or Agile Program Management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate knowledge of the software development life cycle
- Experience with leadership by Influence
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills
- Broadcom Rally Application Lifecycle Management and Broadcom Clarity Project and Portfolio Management Software knowledge is a plus
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent preferred
- Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification preferred
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred
- Agile Certification (PMI-ACP) / Scrum Master (CSM) Certification Preferred
