Agile Program Manager

At Forge, we're seeking an Agile Program Manager to help lead critical Development initiatives and work closely with agile delivery teams. This role will involve facilitating Agile Ceremonies, developing and managing end-to-end plans, and ensuring delivery on quarterly objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in technical project or program environments
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
• Experience in Project Management, Technical Program Management, or Agile Program Management
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, prioritize needs, and build strong working relationships
• Track record of holding teams and individuals accountable to deliverables
• Skilled in project planning, forecasting, and progress tracking
• Systematic and analytical problem-solving ability
• Strong communication skills with a strong sense of ownership and drive
