Principal AI Development Engineer

Principal AI Development Engineer responsible for leading and executing high-impact AI initiatives, architecting agentic systems, and translating engineering challenges into next-generation agentic solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
• Minimum of 12 years of Software Engineering experience
• Expert-level experience in building agentic workflows, RAG architectures, and complex orchestration
• Deep, hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development, with mastery of Python and modern enterprise-grade languages
• Expert knowledge of vector databases and programming principles required to scale them
• High proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and modern CI/CD patterns
• Expert in version control (GitHub), Test-Driven Development (TDD), and automated testing
