Job Description
The R&D Software Engineer will apply past experience to inform the product roadmap, experiment with new technologies, and test high-quality software. They will work closely with the team architect, interact with customers, and drive opportunities to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Experience in Quality Assurance (QA)
- Scripting skills in Python, REXX, or other languages
- Experience with z/OS system and Job Control Language (JCL)
- Knowledge of CI/CD automation software like Jenkins
- ISTQB certificate or similar
- Experience in software testing methodologies such as BDD and TDD
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Experience mentoring, teaching, and developing less experienced team members
- Complex problem-solving skills and deep expertise within the technical domain
- Experience with Cyber Security and Compliance-related topics
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
