Senior Epi & Fab Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Engineer (Senior) with strong expertise in III-V Epitaxy to drive the development and manufacturing of high performance semiconductor devices.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD degree in Physics, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related semiconductor field
• Hands-on experience in III-V epitaxial growth (MOCVD preferred)
• Deep understanding of epitaxial growth mechanisms, precursor chemistry, reactor dynamics, and structure design for III-V materials
• Knowledge of semiconductor materials and device physics, especially for Laser applications
