Senior Epitaxy Process Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Epitaxy Process Engineer with expertise in III-V Epitaxy to drive the development and manufacturing of high performance semiconductor devices. The role centers on III-V epitaxial growth process development combined with wafer fabrication, supporting both R&D and high-volume production.

Requirements

• Lead the development, optimization, and qualification of III-V epitaxial growth processes
• Drive continuous improvement of process quality
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) from design structure to manufacturable process flow
• Collaborate closely with international teams on process development, troubleshooting, and technology transfer
