Job Description
Broadcom's GTO team is seeking a Staff AI Development Engineer to serve as a critical bridge between AI initiatives and core business units, architecting the next generation of agentic pipelines and delivering production-grade AI solutions.
Requirements
- Act as the primary technical liaison between GTO and internal business units
- Design and implement sophisticated agentic workflows using frameworks like LangGraph
- Lead the development of end-to-end applications, bridging the gap between non-deterministic AI logic and high-performance frontend/backend systems
- Act as a technical authority and mentor, conducting formal design reviews and proposing innovative options to advance the team's collective AI expertise
