Job Description
We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Workload Automation team in Plano, TX, to drive enhancements and new capabilities to a suite of workload automation programs. The PM will identify market gaps, improve existing products, and create new ones.
Requirements
- Work closely with the Executive, Engineering, Marketing and extended Product Team to identify market gaps needing to be addressed, and improve existing or create new products.
- Ensure value is continuously available for existing products and bring new products to market
- Research and segment the market to ensure the appropriate (prioritized) market requirements are gathered and understood.
- Develop the engineering roadmap that includes all prioritized requirements
- Create the product marketing plan
- Create the product sales plans
- Ensure adoption and customer success after the product is sold
