Job Description
Broadridge is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Lead based in Cluj to manage a local team, collaborate with diverse cultures across the EMEA and APAC regions, and oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role within an Accounts Payable environment.
- Experience working in a multi-cultural setting with teams spanning across EMEA and APAC regions.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with accounting software.
- Strong problem-solving skills, exceptional interpersonal communication, and a tactical approach to managing sensitive issues.
