Job Description
Broadridge is seeking a Finance Manager - APAC Controllership to lead a team of five finance professionals and drive excellence in financial operations, streamline processes, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Lead and mentor a dynamic team of five finance professionals
- Oversee the completion and timely submission of Annual Financial Statements
- Ensure accurate monthly management accounts under US GAAP are delivered within established deadlines
- Conduct detailed balance sheet reviews and ensure precision in financial reporting
- Review and manage Indirect Tax reporting calculations and filings
- Partner with tax advisors to secure corporate tax compliance and efficient filing of returns
- Collaborate with senior finance members to maintain compliance in critical areas such as transfer pricing and Sarbanes-Oxley legislation
- Implement and oversee effective internal controls and processes
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
- Drive Process transformation initiatives
- Engage in additional projects and duties as requested by Management
