Broadridge is seeking an Operations Training Coordinator to join our team in Coppell, TX. The role involves training and administrative support for production operations, including coordination of training sessions, certification management, and performance evaluation.
Requirements
- Min 3 years of experience
- HS Diploma or Equivalent preferred
- Strong communication abilities to effectively exchange information and facilitate training
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to independently identify and solve common problems using established or creative solutions
