Broadridge is looking for a dynamic and experienced Technology Leader to help shape the future of its Customer Communications business. The role will drive the evolution of the technology stack and ensure the successful delivery of a modern, scalable, and agile platform.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience leading large-scale technology transformation or modernization programs
- Proven success working with business stakeholders and clients to align technology initiatives with business priorities
- Deep expertise in AWS cloud technologies, event-driven architectures (Kafka), and composable system design
- Hands-on experience modernizing and migrating legacy applications to scalable, secure, and resilient platform architectures
- Strong background in software development and application system design, with the ability to connect technical strategy to business value
- Proven leadership of high-volume, low-latency, 24x7 transaction processing platforms
- Exceptional planning, influencing, and stakeholder management skills with a focus on results
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to simplify complexity and build trusted partnerships across global teams
- A proactive, growth-minded approachâcomfortable rolling up your sleeves when needed
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required; Masterâs degree preferred
