Senior HR Business Partner

We're seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders across Broadridge's International businesses, delivering people strategies that drive organisational effectiveness, talent development, and employee engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years HR experience, including significant experience in an HR Business Partner or senior advisory role
• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders in a complex, matrixed, or international organisation
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations cases and organisational change
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and coaching skills
• Commercially minded with the ability to link people initiatives to business outcomes
• Experience in financial services, fintech, technology, or a regulated environment
• CIPD qualification (Level 5 or Level 7) or equivalent preferred
