Job Description
Broadridge is seeking a Vice President, Software Engineering to lead strategic quality engineering capabilities across Platform Quality Engineering (PQE) with primary responsibility for testing tools, tool adoption, tool labs and innovation, coaching, and transformation rollout.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering, quality engineering, test engineering, or related technical disciplines
- 5+ years of experience leading technical teams and developing engineering talent
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
