Job Description
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead digital marketing initiatives for the organization, generating web traffic, conversions, and leads through campaigns and strategies, and reporting on results. The Manager will leverage customer demographic data and trends to anticipate where spend will have the greatest impact.
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2C digital marketing experience, ideally in property management or real estate
- Experience improving SEO and resolving technical SEO issues
- Experience running paid ad campaigns with Google Ads, Meta, influencers, and other media
- Experience writing professional sales copy
- Experience generating awareness and converting it into qualified opportunities
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRMs and CMSs
