Maintenance Technician - Rhythm Apartments

As a Maintenance Technician, you will work on repairing and maintaining various aspects of the Rhythm Apartments, including plumbing, heating, and electrical problems. You will also perform repairs on windows, blinds, doors, and other fixtures, and maintain the building exterior. The job requires 2+ years of experience in a maintenance role, completion of relevant trade or technical certification, and knowledge of hand tools and repair equipment.

Requirements

• Diagnosing and repairing basic to intermediate plumbing, heating and electrical problems
• Performing repairs on windows, blinds, doors, switches, plugs, appliances, equipment, fixtures and carpet, vinyl and ceramic tile replacement
• Painting, drywall patching, mudding, taping, etc.
• Maintaining building exterior including basic grounds maintenance as required
• Detecting faulty operations, defective materials and reporting deficiencies
