The Regional Training Supervisor oversees the delivery of training programs across multiple regions, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with organizational learning objectives. This role leads and supports a team of Regional Trainers while working closely with the Learning & Development Manager to execute regional onboarding, leadership development, and compliance training initiatives.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in training, learning & development, or operations leadership
- Previous experience supervising trainers or leading a training team
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with LMS platforms
- Ability to travel regularly within assigned region
- Expertise in training delivery and facilitation techniques
- Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with e-learning tools and blended learning approaches
- Knowledge of compliance and health & safety training standards
