Job Description
Member Service Associate - Capital East Region #1: Provide outstanding member service, process financial transactions, detect and report fraud, and build member relationships in a professional and friendly manner.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (or GED), and customer service experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work out of any location at any time
- Ability to lift at least 10 pounds and stand for long periods of time
