The Maintenance Technician will work under the Plant Manager to see that all facilities, grounds, production equipment, and vehicles are safely working and in good condition. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of experience repairing and troubleshooting in pneumatics, hydraulics, overhead cranes, forklifts, hoists, 3-phase motors, variable speed drives and controls, and heavy industrial wiring.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or vocational school training
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience repairing and troubleshooting in pneumatics, hydraulics, overhead cranes, forklifts, hoists, 3-phase motors, variable speed drives and controls, and heavy industrial wiring
- Ability to read and translate Technical Manuals
- Ability to work independently
- Strong sense of urgency
- Able to effectively communicate with all members of the team
