Senior Production Manager

We are seeking a Senior Production Manager to lead and manage all aspects of event production for high-profile events across Magazine London, including conferences, exhibitions, brand activations, and awards ceremonies. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with event planners, vendors, and staff to ensure that all events are executed to the highest standard, on time, and within budget.

Requirements

• At least 5-10 years of experience in event production.
• Strong sales ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience of collaborating with an external venue sales team.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with vendors and contractors.
• Experience working with event production software and tools, such as Vectorworks and CRM software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
