Job Description
Broetje Automation is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Seattle, WA. The successful candidate will provide electrical and controls engineering expertise in support of new equipment & system introductions, travel to customer sites, and maintain logs & written records of duties performed.
Requirements
- BS in Electrical, Controls, Mechatronics, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering
- Technical Certificate OR BS in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, and 3+ years of experience within the industrial automation industry or equivalent experience
- Siemens Step 7 PLC troubleshooting experience
- Siemens TIA Portal; Sinumerik One
- CNC troubleshooting experience
- Experience in IEC61131 (PLC programming languages)
- Ability to analyze and diagnose automation problems
