Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Controls, Industrial, or Computer Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in industrial automation, OEM, robotics, machine maintenance industry
- Ability to lead controls engineers and service technicians
- Strong fundamental understanding of electrical design practices and machine/motion control systems
- Knowledge of NC Controllers: Siemens 840D or WINCC
- Understanding of PLC programming languages
- Strong communication skills & ability to interact with teams, clients, and vendors
- Ability to analyze and diagnose problems in automated equipment
- Experience with aerial platforms and working at heights
- Ability to lift and move materials or equipment weighing up to approximately 40 lbs
