Job Description
Brook & Whittle Ltd. is seeking experienced Flexographic Press Operators for various shifts. The role involves ensuring proper machine setup, maintaining quality, assisting team members, and adhering to safety procedures. Continuous improvement, quality, and cost reduction are key priorities.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED required
- 3+ years Flexo Printing experience preferred
- Previous print industry experience required
- 3+ years machinery repair or manufacturing experience required
- Excellent computer skills
- Prior experience troubleshooting printing-related challenges
- Knowledge/experience of plates, stocks, cold foils, hot stamps, screens, inks, and varnishes
- Ability to lift 10 - 15 pounds, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, grasp and reach frequently
- Willingness to work overtime, rotating shifts, and holidays and weekends
- Willingness to work well with others
