Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Analyst to support, enhance, and optimize our Workday ecosystem with a focus on Workday Integrations and Workato. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical subject matter expert, partnering with HR and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, ensure data integrity, and drive process automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4–6+ years supporting Workday Integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, Web Services)
- 1-2 years of experience with Workday Extend application development is preferred, not required
- 2+ years designing and managing Workato automations or similar iPaaS tools
- Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and Finance business processes
- Proficiency in XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs, and other integration technologies
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
